Oswaldo is the former CEO of Pre-Salt Petroleum SA (PPSA), the state-owned oil company responsible for managing the country’s interests in production sharing contracts for the Brazilian pre-salt, one of the world’s largest oil finds in the last decade. Prior to this, Oswaldo was Executive Manager of HRT O&G, leading the Solimoes Project in the Brazilian Amazon and the development of the Polvo Field in the Campos Basin, two of the countries most successful E&P projects to date. During his storied career, Oswaldo also spent more than 25 years in management at Petrobras and was the development and production manager of the National Petroleum Agency (ANP).
