BPS and its partners developed the No More Dry Wells multiclient program to reduce exploration risk in one of Brazil’s most underexplored ultra-deepwater frontiers. By integrating AI-driven satellite oil slick detection, seafloor seepage sampling, advanced geochemistry, seismic interpretation, and basin modeling, the project directly confirms the presence and quality of active petroleum systems before drilling.
The workflow has been successfully validated in the Santos Basin, where its predictions aligned with discoveries such as Bumerangue and Aram.
