BPS’s geopressure study of the pre-salt of the Santos and Campos basins was presented today during Session IV of the first EAGE workshop on pre-salt reservoirs at the JW Marriott Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro.
BPS Exploration and Production Director Sidnei Rostirolla lead a talk on the relationship between pressure compartments, reservoir-pods, generation kitchens and the thermal evolution of the petroleum system along the pre-salt of the Santos and Campos basins.
Those who attended also had the opportunity to talk personally with Sidnei to learn more about how BPS is enhancing its Geodatabase with the most important piece of the puzzle for de-risking Brazilian basins, Formation Testing and Reservoir Characterization.
All the data used in the presentation comes from our massive Geodatabase.
